Terms and Conditions of Use - Online License Agreement
Before registering for online access to CANCER GENOMICS & PROTEOMICS (both personal and institutional subscribers), please read and agree to the following "Online License Agreement":
1. The entire contents of the electronic form of CANCER GENOMICS & PROTEOMICS (CGP) are protected by copyright (unless otherwise indicated on the title page of an article). Once a manuscript has been published or appeared online in CGP, the legal ownership of all published parts of the paper has passed from the Author(s) to the journal. Material published in the journal and appeared online may not be reproduced or published elsewhere without written consent of the Managing Editor.

2. Personal or institutional subscription usernames and passwords may not be shared.
3. A subscriber to CGP – Online may view, reproduce or store copies of articles comprising the journal provided that the articles are used only for personal non-commercial use. Uses beyond that allowed by the “fair use” limitations (sections 107 and 108) of the U.S. Copyright Law require permission of the publisher.
4. For permissions to copy beyond that permitted by the U.S. Copyright Law and for reprints please contact the publisher.
5. Any uses and/or copies of this journal in whole or in part must include the customary bibliographic citation, including author attribution, date, article title, CANCER GENOMICS & PROTEOMICS - Online, and must include a copy of the copyright notice.
6. Personal online subscriptions are managed via username and password. Username and password should not be passed on to other persons. Subscriber contact details, including name, postal address, telephone, fax and a valid email address, must be provided to CGP Editorial Office, so that subscriber can be kept up-to-date with changes and improvements to our service.
7. Institutional subscribers must purchase an online subscription in order to access online contact. A username and a password are supplied when a new subscription has been entered. Username and password should not be passed on to your users. Subscriber contact details, including a name contact, postal address, telephone, fax and a valid email address, must be provided to CGP Editorial Office, so that subscriber can be kept up-to-date with changes and improvements to our service.
8. The Managing Editor and all Members of the Editorial Office of CGP take reasonable steps to maintain the security, integrity and privacy of any information submitted by the subscribers.
